30 Day Blog Challenge

30 Day Blog Challenge ~Day 7~

What are my hobbies?

As I’m studying Fine art, art is my main hobbie and always has been. From a young age I’ve often been found with a pencil and sketchbook. At the age of 19 I feel I may even be able to develop my artistic skills well enough to allow a career within this field which is incredibly lucky as I enjoy it so much.

I also enjoy reading which you can probably tell from my book reviews. I read every night before bed as a child and continue to do most nights now. The Harry Potter books were a favourite fron the young age of 8. I’m currently enjoying the writing of Stephen King although HP will always have a special place in my heart.

I enjoy singing although I’ve never been trained, apart from 3 singing lessons I took and didn’t like. I have performed in a few shows, the most recent being Beauty and the Beast but I sadly know I will never have a career in showbiz due to my lack of training and that’s okay with me. My girlfriend is a wonderful performer so I will content myself with watching her from the audience, something I greatly enjoy.

Blogging is a new hobbie of mine and still something I am developing. I’ve always enjoyed sharing my thoughts and feelings so writing was a way for me to do this. I’ve kept a journal from the age of 8 and find it interesting to see how my thoughts have developed from that age until now. Writing is very stimulating and engaging and it’s something I would like to do more of in the future.
